No, on paper you cannot. If there are any virble arrangements, per paper you are still responsible to the bill and it is your responsibility to make sure it is paid. We do not get involved with 3rd party agreements. We suggest if you want to make changes in such manner to have that other party create a seprate account and contact support to migrate what you want to keep to the server.
