We have recently opened phne lines to those who need assistance with their service(s). While tickets are operational 24/7 our phones are on a temporary time schedule from 8:00pm to 5:00am est. These hours are to try to lighten the swing of other company hours and those working another job while trying to maintain operations of their own company. Again, our ticketing system is opened 24/7 to make it easier to respond and quickley as they come in. If you do not have an account with us and would like to get started but having issues doing so. You may contact us to manually set you up. This method will be required to submit an email of ID (typically your drivers license) no passports, or military ID will be accepted, this will als require company card/ID to verify employment and or title with the company we are doing business with. When all files that are required and submited, 24hr time frame will be needed for manual review.
